New Hard Drive

I'm after a new hard drive.

My motherboard is only SATA-II but lets ignore that for now. Current hard drives are 2 x VelociRaptors WD1500HLFS 150GB on RAID0 as primary. Read and Write benchmark is 200~250MB. Still working fine but i'm giving them away to my brother.

Anyway, im after a SSD. I'm not too bothered about price but I am aiming for around 100-150 quid for now just to get a taste.

I have checked out Corsair Force 3 120GB (with bad reviews but good performance) Crucial M4 (Very good reviews inc good performance) and Samsung 830 (Just alternative)

I want reliability, performance and good customer support and eventually put into RAID0.

Any recommendations please.

OCZ Vertex 2. All I have to say. My mobo is also on sata-II and that's what I chose. I have it for 6 months now, everything working smooth.
I'm gonna buy another for my notebook soon, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a ssd. The vertex 3 is for sata 3 but in your(my) case it would advised to go for 2.
255MB/s (as it says in the technical description) and lightning fast everything because it's a ssd and it has ~0 access time :P

Thanks, I think I will get the Crucial M4. Apparently everyone is praising them.

But.... I've spent too much this month. On Sunday I got so bored I went to my local motorbike shop and spent hundreds again ... So it'll have to wait until next month.
