Yeah checked out the sound sync problems and it is Premiere that causes it. Re-watched the original footage and noticed that there are a few spots where the audio cuts out. I can only guess that Premiere fixes the gaps but in doing so also makes the sound de-sync terribly but again its probably the fact that its trying to record 40 fps at 60 fps and failing miserably, when you watch the original footage it is actually displayed at a solid 60fps but the in-game footage is 40fps. It wouldn't surprise me if they add an option to shadow play so that you can record at 30 fps but then again probably not, they seem pretty confident in it already.

Try reducing your settings in the same game for a solid 60 fps. I the sound still cuts out the problem could lie elsewhere.

The settings aren't even on high, that is the problem, they are all low by default. There is a problem with the game and nvidia cards i think black flag also has the same problem.

Actually figured it out, was AA, for some reason it was set to the highest AA available while everything defaults to low, swapped it around and everything is running fine now. Stupid game!
