Yes, I'm familiar with ventrilo/skype/mumble not yet used teamspeak though wouldn't see what could be different.

My old guild-officer Samurajen joined and also Narpix my old guildleader I believe.

How did you find out about us? and what do you expect from our guild?
When I heard my guild died I noticed some (Samurajen, Narpix) went to Over Affect and said it was a good raiding guild. That way I got interested.

Why are you this spec? Why have you Geared/Gemmed/Enchanted in a particular way? Explain?
I read on Elitist Jerks regularly, they seem to know what they are talking about. Lets see I leveled up as hybrid (Frost/Unholy) DW, I liked this spec because it was different and pulled good/better dps to. Pretty much sticked with it till it got nerfed to the ground in 3.2 I believe, I than retired because I thought it was bullshit. Some time pre-3.3 I started raiding with my old guild again. 3.3 Ends up for Unholy as best dps spec so that's why I'm Unholy now.

What would your normal rotation be on a raid boss fight to gain optimal DPS / Effective Healing / Threat generation?

Don't really use a site to check my dps, just skada/recount which varies per boss ofc, but I believe it's pretty optimal dps my gear lets me.

Looks fine to me tbh. Gear is decent, and this application did leave a much better impression. :p
Str gems are prefferred across the board tho, it's fine for the helmet and the prismatic for Meta is great. But any one socket slot bonus that give less then 8 str is truly a waste to go for with 10str/*anything gems.

That I can explain, I was a bit slacky because I always farm hc's for gems, I focused on pvp recently with Samurajen 2v2 bracket, so I had to socket all my pvp gear and ran out of emblems to gem up my pve gear optimally. This can be fixed fast if I get through =]

Your first application, really puts a big downer for me.

If narpix or sam say your worth recruiting then I'll give you a trial.

But realistically speaking can you push out 7k dps on an level 83 boss? I doubt it? - so raid spots won't be coming your way very much on progress raids (which most raids will be atm).
