AE raids 3 times a week: Wed, Thurs, Sunday 20:30 - 23/24:00? We expect 100% Raid attendance on these nights can you make these times okay?
You bet that i will be at place when you guys raid.

Have you got Teamspeak3 ? We are a very sociable group and are always talking on TS3, Although not mandatory are you prepared to Talk on TS/Vent (Not Just listen)?
I've got them all and i have no problem to speak with all those peeps, i may get nervous but what the heck.

I have no idea if i have cuz i just transfered from Alliance to Horde.

Im elemental in both PvE and PvP and this is how it looks:
PvE 57/14/0 and PvP 53/18/0.

Why are you this spec? Why have you Geared/Gemmed/Enchanted in a particular way? Explain?
Im trying to get the most of my elemental specc as i can so this is why i did this!

What would your normal rotation be on a raid boss fight to gain optimal DPS / Effective Healing / Threat generation?
Flame Shock, Lava Burst, Chain Lightning, Spam some Lightning Bolts and it goes that way, but if i get stressed sometimes i mess up my rotation but it will be just fine i hope.

What guild were/are you in previously/currently? Reasons for Leaving?
The latest guild i were in was Notorious. The reason for leaving was HORDE.

Prior raiding experience? (WOLTK only)
Ive done everything in Wotlk exept Anub in Togc10/25.
And some ulduar bosses.. -.-'

Application not the best, but gear seems good and should comfartably slot into our 25 man raiding nicely, thumbs up from me.

yeah gear looks fine. Just need to swap some gems etc since your not hit capped atm. if i remember right its about 375 hit needed unbuffed.

yeah im not capped , thats right. ive got plenty of triumph so give me a jewelcrafter that can make 20hit

Not capped for 10 mans atleast. We usually roll with an SP so shouls be fine tbh...
I'd go with SP/hit instead of the haste stuff for now, ~800 haste +Bizuri's Totem of Shattered Ice is fine. SP and hit is more important anyway.

UI don't see any harm in gving him a trial, tho being the only ele shaman atm was pretty sweet. And I would like to exploit that further. T-T

And one more thing, CL scales poorly with gear so only use it when it's sure to hit more then one target.

Some of you officers toss him an invite or something. I'll most likely just be on from noon tommorrow and do a few quest and then pack the rest my stuff. And then it's no raiding until the weekend. Well hopefully on friday, could be over the weekend tho.
