Why are you this spec? Why have you Geared/Gemmed/Enchanted in a particular way? Explain?
I've always liked to do high crits and to shoot fast. I've been playing elemental since the day I created the character. I've gemmed alot in haste but now I'm currently trying to resocket them with the "12spell power and 10haste rating" socket, Reckless Ametrine, so i will get more spellpower. I'm currently having around 3K Spell Power unbuffed.

What would your normal rotation be on a raid boss fight to gain optimal DPS / Effective Healing / Threat generation?
I'm doing the basic and good elemental rotation as I have heared and seen being the best, Flame Shock - Lava Burst - Chain Lightning - Lightning Bolt - "about 10stacks of Cultivated Power, wich gives me 18spell power each stack". Then I do my Cooldown Macro. [Shard of the Crystal Heart] - [Berserking] - [Elemental Mastery]. Then I will gain alot of DPS and Damage.

What guild were/are you in previously/currently? Reasons for Leaving?
I just miggrated from Shattered Hand to Frostmane in a few weeks ago. Haven't really been in a serious guild. Have pugged alot in WOTLK but In BC i did progress alot.

Prior raiding experience? (WOLTK only)
I've done Naxxramas 10 and 25, OS3D 10 and 25, Malygos 10 and 25,TOC 10 and 25, TOGC 2/5 bosses, None in 25. Have done 5/12 in 10man but I know the tactic for the sixth boss aswell. Have done 4/12 in 25man but I have tried Rotface and we took him to 15% So almost 5/12 bosses in 25man. We didn't try Festergut.

I mean does the age really matter, I mean I've been playing wow for a long time now, played in Vanilla, BC and all that shiet. But maybe that is your rules so I have to follow them.

Okey, would be really nice, I took alot of time to do this application and I was thinking after alot when i did it. This guild seems to be really friendly and good, That's why I took so long time to do this application.
