If I run DayZ without the Beta Patch installed I can see the AFX server in the list but can't join it as I have the wrong version but when i run it with the Beta Patch installed the AFX server is no longer in the list of available servers. Any ideas?

But dunno, are you using six launcher or the ingame browser to look at the server cause sixlauncher is a troll that will only show the server when it feels like it.

tried both ingame and six and both do the same

Server isn't on the most up to date Beta, and I seem to recall seeing an update note that now removes incompatible Betas from your server browser...

IE.

arent there issues with new beta though with server crashes? just ask jonnie what the servers running bob and manually install that, use in game browser and you should be fine!

This is why I like six launcher, it doesn't install beta patches until a proper server patch is out

apart from that one time it trolled and updated before anyone else had!

I have tried the older version of the beta that the server list says the afx server is on atm but it still does it and when i tried it thru six it updated the beta patch and then did the same as before. in work atm so will have another play around when i drag my ass out of bed

server has been updated so that should help.

I have the same problem now since updating, previously before I updated it said "failed to connect". Is the server online?
