Thanks

Ye I know, I will apply a wider mouth to the other one if I have the time. Unless it will look weirder. I might redo this whole drawing in 3-4 months, and see how much better I can color and draw it a second time around. It's fun for comparison and to see if I've become better.

I will fix the right eye, it's a little low. I know the arm looks weird, and I wanna cut those feet myself. But I won't make the same mistakes next time. I didn't fix them this time, simply because I don't want to dwell too long on something, so I try and do it better the next time.

The lineart on this one was done on my Wacom 21IX tablet which I have now returned.

This one is my favorite. I think I managed to color it right. The head and skin was colored using the 21UX tablet. Coloring the hair was easy because I could turn the tablet.

I am basically doing a remake of the drawing at the bottom. I started it a long time ago, and after 3 months when I wanted to continue, I didn't like 2 of them anymore. So I redrew them.

I am having a hard time making the background, don't like doing it. They are supposed to be in a garage, home or restaurant. I can't decide. I fear that the white clothes dude doesn't fit in.

Why did you return the Wacom thing? Not good?

Awesome piece of technology. To able able to draw on the screen was a fantastic feeling, but it was too expensive. It is not my profession to draw, and I make maybe 6-8 drawings a year. That seemed to be too high of a price for something I won't use that much.
But..........................
I find this tablet as a motivation now. I will try to make 1 drawing each week, to a point that this Wacom tablet becomes a must for me. I will take drawing lessons if I have too, although I have little faith in them. I might even start doing 30% better at school. Although I said that to myself last year as well.

If I feel like it, I can buy the 12WX model. Although 12 is maybe too small, I wish there was a place I could try it out.

And I will always keep 3000$/2000£ on my account. Won't go below that. I'll get a second account, and I will hide the credit card from myself (it is possible). So that one day, I will always have that money to spend if I decide to buy it again in 2-5 years or longer.

And a very important factor, is that they will probably release a new model by then. The 21UX was made in 2005. Hopefully it will be thiner and lighter because the 21UX was heavy, but still possible to keep on your knees while in bed (that was quite cool) And hopefully a build in computer inside. Although I don't think they are so good to make one without it being heavy and big. Apple is usually good in making something powerful and thin, like the Macbook air.

Not a restaurant or a burning home like I intended, but it's something within my skill to make. I understand that the lighting doesn't make sense. There is probably a lamp somewhere. But I made the background after the characters so I don't either.

Done long time ago. I had nothing to do, and a friend of mine needed a man sitting and drinking, so I quickly made this within an hour for him.

Made these 2 for a school project.

it took me ages doing it, the mouse they have at work is dire at best.

you will be drawing then all of a sudden the mouse will start spazzing out and start moving off to the left on its own also for some reason it only likes drawing in straight lines, it was like it had never heard of curves =P

That's an awesome one :D

Use Illustrator for lineart. Although from what I've seen, people use photoshop and Painter for that. When I try that, the lines just look so shaky, not smooth.
