I need to know something which I do not know:

I have an Ipod Touch 16GB which I bought last year in may. One year has passed, and on the 26th of June I dropped it in water (GOD DAMN IT). It worked, I let it rest for 2 days, seemed to work, played music. After 10 sec with video viewing, it stopped working.
The store people said they will try to fix it, and if it's not possible, the ipod is screwed (previous statement)

Now here is the question:

I know a lot of people go to USA and England to buy Ipod/iphone in there because it's cheap. But does ordering one from there be the same so it will be delivered from norway? then why aren't people doing that?
The lowest price in Norway I found was 362$, while at apple.com it's 299$ and free shipping. Don't know if they deliver free to Norway though so...

I don't mind spending money, I got a lot of that. But I hate spending money on something I've bought before.

That was actually the worst week of my life I think.
Thursday: MJ died
Friday: 1TB harddisk where I got 800GB of files in there stopped working (although it's seems like a small problem, will take it later to be fixed)
Saturday: Ipod falls in water.

Sunday went alright.

Anything over 200 NOK gets an added tax, tbh I'm not 100% sure how much more it will cost u for an iPod Touch tho. Just got up so i really cba doing any math. :P

What you can do, is just send some moneys to someone you trust.. paypal or visa.. bank whatever.. and he will buy it for you.. send it as a gift.. write a fake value on the package.. as long as its under 1000NOK or 100 punds Icluding shipping.. you will not pay 10 punds/100Nok fee + 25% tax.. meaning.. 350x1.25+10 = 450.. and there for save.. 100.. or something like that.. i guess.. 17% 15% depending on the VAT or % that you guys have.

Or.. if the company is nice enough.. they can do that too.. but most wont..

I got a guy from The US who i met on Shoryuken.com and he is happy to send me anything so im lucky.. got a few games + a SF4 TE fight stick so far.. happy happy since there are non in Norway. :)

So thats what i spend my days on.. Doing my Flow chart kens and ryus..
hehehe..
