No idea. It's been tweaked a bit since release tho, so it should be better.
But I've played UT since the original came out. And I've played it a lot over the years. But that's mostly UT GMOTY Edition and UT 2003/2004. Haven't played much FPS the last couple of years. And atm I almost don't game. :o

Long time no see! \o/
What you've been up to lately?

Well I played WAR then moved onto Darkfall then quit that and gave up MMOs for a while. Picked CSS back up after a years break over the summer holidays. My internet began to act up when I played Darkfall and the symptoms are so annoying it kinda sucks the enjoyment out of online gaming. Pre-ordered Aion so I will start that towards the end of this month as my 6+ month MMO drought finishes. Then finally get my net fixed in October hurrah!

Cool. You decided on a server yet?
I already got a guild in Aion. :) We had already decided on a server before the namechanges. So now we're back to discussing that again. >.<

So yous bored of the endless grind yet? I've seen a lot hate thrown Aion's way because of it.

A life, Jimmy. You know what that is? It’s the shit that happens while you’re waiting for moments that never come.

Na it's not bad. I like the leveling in Aion better then WoW so far. XD
But then again I hated the forced questing... Took me about one year to get to 60 so.......
Edit: lol just answering this thread cost me a shit ton of XP. XD
A mob respawned on top of me. :p

From a Rogue Blog I read from time to time.

Leveling - This is the deal-breaker for a lot of gamers. Leveling in Aion can either be seen as extremely brutal or very rewarding. Level 1-40 is pretty time-intensive and will even make most hardcore WoW players a little tired from the grind, but when you hit the 40-50 range, it gets pretty ridiculous. The exponentially increasing XP requirement to level gets absurd and I kid you not when I say that each individual level at 40+ in Aion takes around the same time as it takes to get 70-80 in WoW in total. To make matters worse, quest experience is very minimal proportionally to how much XP is needed to level, thus forcing players into mandatory grinding, which many players simply cannot stomach.

Not so Bad eh? Sound fricking terrible!
