Thats more like MW2 than Black Ops which were made by 2 different companies btw. Also MW2 was much better in single player than Black Ops ever was.

No completely different company, i do know that most of the staff left after mw2 dont think they did black ops though

think i heard a friend of mine mention that the graphic design team did both CoD and BF but i might remember wrong and he was talking about other games, getting old so the memory is starting to fail xD
