everytime we have 5 members online we do a pcw.. so i call you guys if i see that u are on. no problem. last time i asked random to play with us he really didnt wanna play lol

basically we all stopped playing cause we started playing wow

and when we did play we basically hated it cause of the dodgy german clans and also the wimpy french clans that would never finish a match and leave like after the first half without a word.

In the end it all became a bit tedious and boring so now we play it if we want a change of pace or atleast thats who i am at the minute.

Yeah this is true to some extent we are pretty much non-existent in CSS these days, probarly about 80% of it is down to us switching to play WoW for something a bit different.

Boorz does have a valid point regarding PCW's.

Generallly this is how they consist:

- People who leave half way through a match
- People accusing of others hacking.
- Teams that exploit hack and abuse every bug going.
- UK teams/Mixes who are just complete tossers.
- 90% of the teams from IRC just whine and complain about anything

However the main reason for me and others am pretty sure is having not been playing much and a lack of practice obviously means your not as good as you used to be. I find it really fustrating that am not even half the player I used to play when we used to play competitively. I think what hit the nail on the head for us was when we lost to Craig's mate's team, who no offence are average at best, and they beat us fairly easily I think (never actually played in it, but was on TS at the time and it didn't sound good)

I wouldn't call us "dead" we used to be extremely active before all you Surf/PT guys came aboard and on on our day we were actually a pretty decent team, we had solid strats on all core maps and could give any team in ED a run for their money. If we we had the motivation am pretty sure you'd find we could get back to that sort of standard we used to be.

With WoW slowing down till the next expansion, there has been a bit of talk about us playing some PCW's and giving it another go, (the old proper D7 team, not too sound rude but this excludes the SURF guys) so who know's watch this space........

Also like to say good job to the portugeese team, yous have came a long way from being randoms on our server like 3 years ago to pretty active established team. Keep it up!

thanks rza. that was the reason we joined this community, to have a chance to learn something from the really hardcore css team (old d7). now we use the pretty same d2 tatics that you told me, and it works 90% of the time. some of us are playing on ESL, and we are thinking about buying another private server just to apply especific settings from diferent leagues.

i would love to see my old mates (portal, linky, boorz, random,rza etc) to become active again, i think we can arranje a pcw vs us. last time we lost like 21-9 but it was nice pratice anyway

i am still playing css but its not the same since you guys became very innactive.. i really miss to see rza using awp, boorz hacking with famas and portal dominating with m4

please give it a try.. i know its frustrating.. and it would take some time to get back to the old form.. but thats not impossible.. so..

I am fresh and "pumped" for some proper CSS games. I was playing pretty badly for a while but have been starting to get back on form and it really didn't take that long in hindsight. We're bound to be off the ball a bit after not playing together for so long, but just get some matches with low-mid's to ease us in. But yeah, I'm well up for some CSSing, just as long as my connection is alright, because at the moment if it's not crappy anyway, someone else is downloading or uploading so it's just as bad.

I really hope we can get back into CSS.

Well i'm happy to play a few PCW under the clans tag... seeming they are only Practises

Other then that a few clans are starting to want me as i'm become a regular on some of the top clan's servers and they are taking an interest in me

Not saying i will join the actual AE clan but a few PCW with the boys will do me good
