I and my family living the house before , But now relocated here in Cardiff due to my Work. i will only come to make viewing of my property to tenant.if only i have seen a proof of the tenant financial ability to rent my house . Because i have had many non serious people asking me to come for viewing and thereafter i got disappointed as the like the house but they want to live in the house for some months before they can pay for the house rent and i am not looking for such tenant this is why i need to be sure that you must show me you have the money to rent my property before i can come for viewing.Although You have to see the property before you pay me ,As I wont accept any money from you until you view my property But i just want to be sure that you have the money before i can come for viewing.I need a serious tenant that will show me trust and Genuine proof because i have had many tenants turn me down tendered to me a fake ref as they know i wont be able to run confirmation through the references becuase they do not have the money to pay rent when i get with them for viewing .I could considered to give you the full house address but i am afraid Gumtree have warned us landlord's never to give anyone house full address because people goes to the house to use the house for another source but i can assure you viewing my property if you can assure the proof that you have the money to pay for the rent you have to understand that i will be coming to make viewing to you from Cardiff and i don't want to waste mt time to come and get disappointed again JUST like the people that have been asking me to come for viewing and they don't get the money to pay me thereafter.I want a proof that i can run confirmation myself and if i am assured you get the money then i can call you so that we can fix the viewing .Probably this week.
The only way i can confirm you have the money to rent my property is that you should make a transfer to any of your relate close to you in Uk(Maybe your partner / Friend Or Parent) Just locate any Money Gram Shop/Outlet Around you (IF YOU DO NOT KNOW ANY MONEYGRAM OUTLET/SHOP AROUND YOU.YOU CAN EMAIL ME YOUR HOUSE CITY ROAD ADDRESS AND I CAN HELP YOU TO GET A CLOSEBY MONEY GRAM TO YOUR HOME). Then you simply transfer one month rent Plus the Security Deposit to any of your relative in UK.Then you get back to me and scan the receipt you got from the Money Gram indicating you have transfer the money to you relative .As just for me to confirm from Money Gram if you have the accurate sum of money transferred .Then if Money Gram can confirm to me that you have genuinely transfer the money.You have to wait for me to run confirmation from the transfer before the money can be withdraw by the reciever you sent the money. I can call you after my confirmation to tell whom you must have transferred the money to pickup the money from Money Gram .After my confirmation i will get back to you so the receiver you must have sent the money can go to money gram to withdraw the money.

Caution In other to urgently make the transfer for you from the moneyGram.
if Asked what Purpose: Don't explain its financial status purpose, Just say you are sending money to friend or relative. Because MoneyGram cannot allow you to used there transfer service for such way .Only will allow you to transfer the money to someone you know that will collect the money when you transferred the money and you cannot use MoneyGram to send money to your landlord like me and i am not ready to get any money from you until i meet you for the viewing but in other for me to be sure you have the money as proof this is why i have ask you to make the proof by transfer to your relative only.then you get back to me so that i can run confirmation from the transfer you have make.However i will refund the cost of transfer back to you in the day we meet for the viewing.I hope you can get back to me soon
